The Alliance, comprising 120 well-known SOEs based in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces and Shanghai city in the YRD region, aims to build a platform for the exchange of reform and development experience, research on key topics, cooperation on major projects, facilitation of industrial innovation and collaboration on capital strategy. It will help enhance the development advantages of state-owned businesses in the YRD region and boost regional economy. We are the co-(rotating) president of the Alliance and acts as its permanent secretariat.

The information platform of the Alliance developed and operated by us was officially launched in June 2021. The platform has 9 columns such as “SOE matrix” and covers three types of project information databases: property right transaction, investment cooperation, and financial services. It can effectively promote resource complementarity and business coordination among the members of the Alliance, boost industrial synergy and enable smooth circulation of resources in the YRD region.
