As the chair unit and permanent secretariat unit of the Alliance, YRD Inccestment Company will build a cross-regional cooperation service mechanism for state-owned assets in the YRD by focusing on four key aspects: collaboration mechanism construction, information system development, complementary industry development, and joint financial services.

The alliance has created an online information cooperation platform which comprising eight sections such as the "SOE Matrix". Additionally, it has established three types of project information databases: property rights transactions, investment cooperation, and park services, and developed a mini program called "Park Promotion". These efforts have effectively enhanced resource complementarity, business coordination, and industrial synergy among Alliance members, ensuring efficient resource circulation in the YRD region.

Furthermore, the company has facilitated strategic cooperation between the Alliance and various platforms in multiple fields, such as the Central Enterprise Investment Association and the YRD Entrepreneurs Alliance. It takes the lead in promoting the coordinated development of central/state-owned enterprises and the private economy, exploring new paths to serve the national strategy for integrated development of the YRD region.
